Refund Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@stablnotes.com within 7 days.
- You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
- Stable Notes will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
2. Unwanted Items:
- If you decide to return an item that is undamaged and unwanted:
- 📨 Request a return within 7 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- ❌ Customized products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Digital products (including downloads, printables, and instant-access files) are non-refundable.
Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe there was an error with your order, please email us hello@stablnotes.com and we’ll be happy to help.
How to Return an Item

- For damaged items, please include photos of the damage.
- Follow Instructions:
- We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- For damaged items, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
- Inspection and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund or replacement status.
